Casey & Erik’s Wedding at Barn Swallow Farm: A Joyful Celebration of Love, Friendship, and Personal Touches

Casey and Erik’s wedding day was the kind that reminds you why you love love stories. After a full day of rain, they woke up to sunshine and clear skies—like the world knew it had something to celebrate. Their ceremony took place in their church, a heartfelt exchange of vows rooted in their faith and surrounded by those they love most.

Casey and Erik’s story began back in 2021 when they met at work. After a few months as coworkers, they started spending time together—first playing disc golf at Covered Bridge Park. One round turned into another, and then another, until it became clear something special was growing. Erik eventually asked Casey to be his girlfriend, and their journey began.

The reception was held at the stunning Barn Swallow Farm in Northampton, PA. As a photographer, it quickly became one of my favorite venues—complete with a bi-level barn, a stream, antique tractors, and a covered cocktail area. But what stood out most was the family behind the venue. They live on site and work every event, making sure every detail is perfect—and it shows.

Casey got ready at the venue, with hair styled by Shelby (@hairby_shelbyrose) and Jayne (@janyemariebeauty) of Six Ten Salon (@sixtensalon), and makeup by Jenae (@jenae_bridal). She looked absolutely radiant in her Stella Couture gown from Bridals by Sandra (@bridalsbysandra), where her bridesmaids’ dresses also came from. Erik and his groomsmen wore classic suits from Jos A Bank.

The couple made the day their own with sweet personal touches—photos of their relationship displayed around the venue, signature cocktails, custom glasses that served as both favors and drinkware, and a personalized cake topper. Before cocktail hour, they even snuck away to fish in the creek that runs behind the property—a quiet nod to one of their favorite shared pastimes. Their dog even joined in for a few photos, making the day feel even more personal.

The night unfolded beautifully with delicious food by Roots Catering LLC (@roots_catering_llc), stunning florals from Phoebe Floral (@phoebe_floral), and entertainment by DJ Jimbo (on Facebook as DJ Jimbo Entertainment), who kept the energy high all evening. Their elegant (and gluten free!) cake was made by Stonefield Farm Bakery (@stonefield_farm_bakery), and the entire day ran seamlessly thanks to their incredible day-of coordinator, Madi (@madigreenaway).

Every detail was thoughtful, every moment joyful. Casey and Erik’s wedding wasn’t just beautiful—it was unmistakably them. I’m so grateful I got to be part of it.
